RE: Lot 151, ESTANCIA: Bell Residence
Dear Jeff,
I wanted to take a moment to commend you
and your team on the construction of the above named residence.
As you are well aware, this is a very
challenging project to build, both from the technological aspects
of the structure to the site work involved. Although custom
residential construction is typically one of the most complex
types of construction,
this project significantly pushes the envelope beyond what
might be considered "normal" custom work. There have
been many details and situations that, to my knowledge, have
not been done
before. This presents a considerable challenge to any builder
and you have handled the many situations professionally and
creatively; often coming up with alternative details or ways of
accomplishing
a certain look. As the Architect of record, I would like to
commend
you and offer my vote of confidence on any future projects
that you may choose to undertake. I am looking forward to
the completion of
the above project and working together on future projects.
