TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
In late 1997 we contracted with Centurian Development to build our
new home at the Estancia Club. Since we had already sold our home
in Tucson, we had both a tight time table and a tight budget. By
teaming with Jeff Head and his staff we broke ground in December
1997 and embarked on our voyage.
We moved in on November 4, 1998, just eleven months after starting
the job. one objective was met! The home turned out just great! We
built 4900 square feet and were within $100,000 of our original budget.
Most of it was due to changes and upgrades we elected after we were
underway. Our second objective was met! Of course our overarching
objective of getting a home that exactly met our needs and desires
was also met.
We found Centurian to be very easy to work with throughout the building
cycle. They had a good cadre of subcontractors and kept them working
on the house with a minimum of delays. I liked the fact that I could
get as involved as much or as little as I wanted. Cost of doing things
was always visible and I was kept well informed.
Probably, the thing I appreciate the most after being in the house
for eighteen months is the continuing desire to make sure we are
happy with every aspect of our new home. Centurian has stood solidly
behind there commitment to us and taken care of any problems or concerns
on a timely basis. No hassle!
We are pleased to recommend Centurian Development as a general contractor
to any one considering construction of a high end custom home.
Sincerely,
Leo W. Ladehoff
